How it works

  1. 1. Submit details. We create a procurement-ready Stripe quote for your AP team.
  2. 2. Approve the PDF. Standard orders are emailed instantly. Discount or 51+ seat orders get a human review within one business day.
  3. 3. Seats activate on approval. EU buyers: you're live the second AP clicks Approve — invite your team straight away. Non-EU: activates the moment Stripe Checkout confirms payment.
  4. 4. AP pays the invoice. EU buyers get a net-30 invoice they pay on their normal schedule (SEPA, wire, or card) — no card on file required. Non-EU pay up front via Stripe-hosted checkout.
