SN Utils Pro is designed as a self-service subscription for ServiceNow professionals and teams.
For standard Pro purchases, the relevant vendor, security, privacy and billing information is provided on this page. This helps keep SN Utils Pro affordable and avoids unnecessary procurement overhead for small license volumes.
For standard Pro purchases, we ask teams to use the information on this page where possible. Custom vendor onboarding, supplier-portal registration, security questionnaires, contract review, or central policy enforcement may require a separate onboarding fee or an Enterprise arrangement.
SN Utils Pro is currently a browser-extension based productivity tool for ServiceNow users. It is not installed as a ServiceNow Store App in the customer instance and does not run server-side inside the customer's ServiceNow environment.
The current scope is SN Utils Pro. A future Enterprise / ServiceNow Store App offering is under development and is not part of a standard Pro purchase unless agreed separately.
For the full technical data-flow and security architecture, see the Security & Privacy page.
SN Utils Pro is intentionally offered as a simple self-service subscription. This makes it possible to keep the product affordable for individual ServiceNow professionals and small teams.
For standard Pro purchases, we provide standardized vendor, security, privacy and billing information on this page. In most cases, this is sufficient for internal approval.
Custom vendor onboarding, supplier-portal registration, bespoke security questionnaires, customer-specific documentation, custom contract review, and extensive procurement workflows all take real, manual time. For a low-cost self-service subscription, that effort can quickly exceed the value of the license.
For a standard SN Utils Pro purchase, this page is usually the right starting point for procurement and security review. It contains the standard vendor, product, billing, privacy and security information most internal approval processes need.
If your organization requires a supplier portal, custom questionnaire, contract review or other manual onboarding work, please contact us first. Depending on the scope and license volume, this may need to be handled as a separate onboarding service or as part of an Enterprise arrangement.
Not sure which applies to you? Just contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Get in touch before starting a procurement or onboarding process if any of the following apply. Depending on scope, these may involve a separate fee or an Enterprise arrangement.
A larger team or company-wide deployment across many licensed users.
Centralized administration or policy controls managed by your organization.
Restricting AI or cloud features for all licensed users. If this is a requirement, please contact us to discuss options.
A custom security review or bespoke security questionnaire.
Vendor onboarding or supplier portal registration.
Custom contract review or a Data Processing Agreement review.
A ServiceNow Store App or Enterprise deployment discussion.
For small teams buying a limited number of SN Utils Pro licenses, we recommend using the standard purchase flow and the information on this page for internal approval.
This avoids manual procurement overhead that can exceed the value of a small self-service subscription, while still giving your procurement and security teams the information they need.

SN Utils runs client-side in the user's browser and does not receive ServiceNow instance records, scripts, credentials or configuration. See the Security & Privacy page for the full data-handling breakdown.
