Pro also keeps your setup backed up and available across devices and browsers, so you do not lose your configuration when switching laptops or browsers.

Cloud Sync backs up your SN Utils configuration, custom shortcuts, and code snippets so your setup follows you across devices and browsers. When you sign in on a new device or browser, everything syncs automatically.
No. Pro includes both local and cloud-connected capabilities. Features like Cloud Sync are optional and can be turned off if you prefer not to use them.
A Team Space is a shared workspace for collaborating with colleagues. You can share code snippets, custom shortcuts, and configurations with your team, while everyone keeps their own personal settings separate.
Yes. One buyer can purchase up to 50 Pro licenses on annual billing for a team using the standard checkout. Larger teams (51–499 seats) get a reviewed quote.
If your AP team needs an invoice instead of a credit card, or you are buying 10+ seats and want bulk-discount pricing applied automatically, use /buy-seats for a procurement-friendly Stripe quote (PDF, net-30 invoice, no card on file). For standard Pro purchases we provide standardized vendor, security, privacy and billing information on our Vendor, Security & Procurement Information page, which is enough for most internal approvals and keeps Pro affordable — we recommend starting there.

No. You can use SN Utils across as many ServiceNow instances as you need, including dev, test, prod, and client instances.
You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, Pro features are disabled.
Annual billing keeps pricing simpler and more predictable, and allows for a lower effective per-month price. Monthly billing is also available for individual users.
You can preview the in-browser Pro features — Sidekick form analyzer, GraphQL Code Search, table-specific list fields, demo snippets — with a free 14-day trial. Start it from this site or from inside the extension. No payment required.
Cloud sync, snippet packs & marketplace, the AI assistant, Team Space, and custom snippets / shortcuts / commands are not part of the trial — those require a Pro subscription. This is deliberate: anything you build during a trial would otherwise disappear when the trial ends, so we keep persistent and cloud-connected features behind the paid plan.
Yes. You can buy one or more prepaid gift keys, each giving its recipient one year of SN Utils Pro without adding them to your team or starting a subscription for them. Personalize the gift and share the activation link or printable PDF card from the Gift Keys page.
For certain international transactions, payments may be processed by Stripe as merchant of record. As a result, your invoice or bank statement may show Stripe or Link instead of SN Utils. This is normal. SN Utils remains your software provider, and your subscription, support, and account are still managed by us.
