Cloud Sync backs up your SN Utils configuration, custom shortcuts, and code snippets so your setup follows you across devices and browsers. When you sign in on a new device or browser, everything syncs automatically.
No. Pro includes both local and cloud-connected capabilities. Features like Cloud Sync are optional and can be turned off if you prefer not to use them.
A Team Space is a shared workspace for collaborating with colleagues. You can share code snippets, custom shortcuts, and configurations with your team, while everyone keeps their own personal settings separate.
Yes. One buyer can purchase up to 50 Pro licenses for a team at the same per-seat price. If your team has specific rollout, procurement, or volume requirements, feel free to get in touch. There is flexibility to discuss what works best, including for smaller teams.

No. You can use SN Utils across as many ServiceNow instances as you need, including dev, test, prod, and client instances.
You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, Pro features are disabled.
Annual billing keeps pricing simpler and more predictable, and allows for a lower effective per-month price. Monthly billing is also available for individual users.
You can explore all Pro features with a free 14-day trial directly inside the extension. No payment is required to start the trial. After that, you can decide whether to subscribe.
For certain international transactions, payments may be processed by Stripe as merchant of record. As a result, your invoice or bank statement may show Stripe, Link, or Lemon Squeezy LLC instead of SN Utils. This is normal. SN Utils remains your software provider, and your subscription, support, and account are still managed by us.
