End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and applicable licensing terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.

This license permits you to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software with ServiceNow instances you are authorized to access
• Receive updates and security patches as made available

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software to develop competing products or services
• Share license keys or credentials with unauthorized users
• Circumvent technical measures designed to control access to the Software
• Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations

The Software is available under multiple licensing tiers as described in our Fair Use Policy and Pricing page.

• Free Tier: Available for personal use, PDIs, and teams with fewer than 5 users
• Pro & Team: Purchased through our website, processed by Stripe
• Enterprise: Purchased through the ServiceNow Store. Billing and payment are handled by ServiceNow. The software is deployed on your ServiceNow instance.
• Grace Period: A 90-day transition period is provided when commercial licensing becomes required

License validation requires periodic communication with our servers (or with the Store App on your instance for Enterprise). See our Security page for details on data transmitted.

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to SN Utils B.V. and title to all intellectual property rights therein remains with us. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Trademarks: "SN Utils" and associated logos are trademarks of SN Utils B.V. You may not use these marks without written permission.

The Software's source code may be accessible through the browser extension files or through public code repositories maintained by SN Utils B.V. This accessibility is provided solely for the purposes of transparency, security review, and trust.

Source code availability does not constitute an open-source license. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, no rights are granted to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the source code.

You may NOT:

• Incorporate any portion of the source code into other software or services
• Redistribute the source code, in whole or in part, in any form
• Use the source code to circumvent licensing, authentication, or feature restrictions
• Create derivative works based on the source code
• Use the source code for competitive analysis or to develop competing products

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by SN Utils B.V. Viewing or inspecting the source code does not imply any license or right beyond what is explicitly stated herein.

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Software is described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

• The Software runs locally in your browser and does not transmit your ServiceNow records or business data
• License validation requires minimal metadata (email, device identifier)
• We do not collect your scripts, credentials, or business data
• Optional cloud sync features allow backup of snippets, commands, and settings — which may include instance hostnames (optional)

The Software provides access to scripts, commands, snippets, and content packs ("Community Content") that may be created by third parties or other users through our marketplace.

(a) No Warranty for Community Content. Community Content is provided "AS IS" without any warranty. While we may perform basic checks on Community Content, we do not guarantee its accuracy, safety, compatibility, security, or fitness for any purpose. Community Content is not verified, endorsed, or supported by SN Utils B.V.

(b) User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and understanding any Community Content before use
• Evaluating the suitability of Community Content for your environment
• Testing Community Content in a non-production environment before deployment
• Any consequences resulting from executing Community Content
• Ensuring Community Content complies with your organization's policies and security requirements

(c) No Liability. SN Utils B.V. shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, security incidents, system downtime, or other issues arising from your use of Community Content, including but not limited to scripts or commands that modify your ServiceNow instance data, configuration, or security settings.

(d) ServiceNow Environment Risk. Community Content may execute code within your ServiceNow instance. You acknowledge that improperly written or malicious scripts could cause data loss, data corruption, performance degradation, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access. Always review code before execution and maintain appropriate backups.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You assume all risks associated with using the Software.

(a) ServiceNow Platform Dependency. The Software is designed to work with ServiceNow, a third-party platform operated by ServiceNow, Inc. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Platform Changes: ServiceNow may, at any time and without notice, modify, discontinue, or restrict access to their APIs, platform features, user interface, or other functionality that the Software relies upon
• No Control: SN Utils B.V. has no control over ServiceNow's platform, APIs, policies, or business decisions
• Feature Availability: Certain features of the Software may become unavailable, limited, or degraded if ServiceNow changes their platform
• No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that the Software will continue to function with current or future versions of ServiceNow

(b) Extension Store Dependency. The Software is distributed through third-party browser extension stores, including but not limited to the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, Firefox Add-ons, and Apple App Store (collectively, "Extension Stores"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Store Policies: Extension Stores may, at any time and without notice, modify their policies, review processes, or terms of service
• Approval & Availability: Continued availability of the Software depends on ongoing approval by Extension Stores, which is outside our control
• Removal or Suspension: Extension Stores may reject, remove, suspend, or delist the Software at their sole discretion, for any reason or no reason
• Update Delays: Extension Store review processes may delay the release of updates, bug fixes, or new features
• Regional Restrictions: Extension Stores may restrict availability of the Software in certain regions or countries

(c) No Refunds for Third-Party Changes. You expressly acknowledge that changes to ServiceNow's platform (including but not limited to API modifications, deprecations, access restrictions, or discontinuation of features) or actions by Extension Stores (including but not limited to removal, suspension, rejection, policy changes, or regional restrictions) are outside our control and shall NOT constitute grounds for any refund, credit, or compensation. By purchasing a license, you accept these risks inherent to third-party platform integrations and distribution channels.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with ServiceNow and compliance with Extension Store policies, but we make no guarantees regarding timing, feasibility, or success of such efforts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SN UTILS B.V. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Software shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect

We may update the Software from time to time. You agree that we may automatically update the Software on your device without additional notice or consent.

We may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
