Activity Monitoring
Track team activity from the Licenses page:

- New device activations
- Member joins/leaves
Require MFA for the Team
Primary owners can require every member to have multi-factor authentication enabled on their snutils.com account before they can access the team workspace.
Enable the policy
- Go to Settings → Security
- Make sure MFA is enabled on your own account first — the toggle is intentionally locked until it is, so you cannot accidentally lock yourself out
- Flip Require multi-factor authentication on
What members see
The next time a member without an MFA factor opens the team workspace they are sent to an "MFA required" landing page that:
- Names the team that requires MFA
- Links straight to their personal account settings to enroll a factor
Once they enroll, returning to the team works normally. Existing sessions are not signed out — the check runs on every workspace navigation.
Monitoring compliance
The Members table grows an extra MFA column for owners and admins (members.manage permission):
- Enabled — the member has at least one verified factor
- Not enabled — the member will be blocked the next time the policy is checked
Only admins see this column. Members never see other members' MFA status.
Notes
- This only restricts access to this team's workspace. The member's personal account is unaffected.
- Turning the policy off lets non-MFA members back in immediately.
- Only the primary owner can change this setting — other owners and admins see it as read-only.
Best Practices
Regular Cleanup
- Review members quarterly
- Remove inactive accounts
- Deactivate unused devices
Documentation
- Document your onboarding process
- Share license keys securely (not in public channels)
- Keep a record of who received keys
Communication
- Notify members before making changes
- Announce new features and updates
- Provide support contact info
