Self-service licensing is handled entirely through snutils.com with a seamless activation flow.

Enterprise — Coming Soon
For organizations that need on-instance deployment, compliance, and centralized governance. The Enterprise plan will be available as a ServiceNow Store App — data never leaves your ServiceNow environment.
