Purchasing

During Onboarding

New users are guided through the payment flow during onboarding:

  1. Sign up for an account
  2. Verify your email
  3. Complete payment via Stripe

From the Dashboard

Existing users without a subscription can upgrade from:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Select your plan
  3. Complete checkout

Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Details

From your Billing page, you can see:

  • Current plan and status
  • Renewal date
  • Payment history

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Update your payment details in the Stripe portal

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel" in the Stripe portal

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We accept:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Invoices & Receipts

Stripe automatically sends invoices to your registered email after each payment. You can also access invoices through the Stripe customer portal.

FAQ

Can I get a refund?

Contact support@snutils.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

What happens when my subscription expires?

  • Extension continues to work in offline mode
  • Cloud sync and backups stop
  • You lose access to the web dashboard
  • Re-subscribe to restore full access

Reminders include a direct link to renew your subscription.

Can I share my subscription?

Each Pro license is assigned to one individual and cannot be shared. You can, however, use your license on unlimited devices and browsers.

For teams, a single buyer can purchase up to 50 Pro licenses in one subscription. Each team member receives their own personal license and activates it on their own devices. See the pricing page for details.
