SN Utils Pro gives you full access to all productivity features for ServiceNow development.
Pricing
$120 per user per year — purchase 1 to 50 licenses.
For organizations with more than 50 users, contact us for enterprise pricing.

Purchasing
During Onboarding
New users are guided through the payment flow during onboarding:
- Sign up for an account
- Verify your email
- Complete payment via Paddle
From the Dashboard
Existing users without a subscription can upgrade from:
- Go to Billing
- Select your plan
- Complete checkout
Managing Your Subscription
View Subscription Details
From your Billing page, you can see:
- Current plan and status
- Renewal date
- Payment history
Update Payment Method
- Go to Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Update your payment details in the Paddle portal
Cancel Subscription
- Go to Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel" in the Paddle portal
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Invoices & Receipts
Paddle automatically sends invoices to your registered email after each payment. You can also access invoices through the Paddle customer portal.
FAQ
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@snutils.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
What happens when my subscription expires?
- Extension continues to work in offline mode
- Cloud sync and backups stop
- You lose access to the web dashboard
- Re-subscribe to restore full access
Expiration Reminders
We'll send you email reminders before your subscription expires:

Reminders include a direct link to renew your subscription.
Can I share my subscription?
Yes! Your Pro subscription covers up to 50 users. Each user needs their own activation.
