Free — The Core Plan

The Free plan includes all the core navigation, form, and list enhancements that make ServiceNow easier to use — free to use, including for professional use. You get built-in slash commands, ScriptSync (VS Code integration), and the full-screen Monaco editor. All settings are stored locally in your browser.

During Public Beta, Free-plan users can try CSDM Snapshot, Overview, and the full record Lens. All three become Pro features when beta ends.

Pro — For Advanced and Connected Workflows

• Code Snippets — A searchable library of reusable code templates. Press ⇧⇧ (double Shift) in any script field to instantly find and insert snippets. Supports variables for dynamic content and context-aware filtering so you only see relevant snippets.

• Custom Commands, Shortcuts & Switches — Build your own slash commands with URL templates, inline search results, and context menu integration. Map keyboard shortcuts to any command for instant access. Create custom switches to toggle URL parameters for debugging.

• AI Assistant — Describe what you need in plain language, and the AI generates complete commands or snippets — including the right URL structure, variables, and code. Iterate with follow-up instructions to refine results.
