Want to see what SN Utils Pro feels like before committing? Start a free 14-day trial directly from the extension. No account, no credit card, no commitment.
You can also click the one-click link in the email if you prefer. The code works across up to 5 browser profiles, so you can activate the trial on your work and personal browsers from the same email.
After confirmation, trial features are available on all ServiceNow instances in that browser.
The trial unlocks a curated set of in-browser Pro features that give you a feel for the productivity gains:
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| GraphQL Code Search | Search across 450+ scripting tables with advanced syntax, phrase matching, and relevance sorting |
| RLQUERY Helper | Build RLQUERY expressions visually from reference field popovers — preview counts and apply filters |
| Sidekick form analyzer | Inspect form fields, dictionary attributes, and client scripts from the floating Sidekick panel |
| Table-specific list fields | Configure which columns appear per table in list views |
| Copy List URL | One-click button to copy the current list URL with filters |
| Radial menu & middle-click | Long-press and middle-click actions on form fields and list headers |
| Demo snippet popup | Press Shift+Shift in any script field to open the snippet popup with 5 built-in demo snippets |
The demo snippets cover common ServiceNow patterns — work notes, GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, logging, and an explainer. They are read-only and give you a taste of how the full snippet library works.
Custom artifacts — snippets, commands, shortcuts, and switches — are intentionally excluded from the trial. This is a deliberate choice to protect you:
The following features require a Pro subscription:
| Feature | Why excluded |
|---|---|
| Custom keyboard shortcuts | You'd lose access to shortcuts you configured |
| Custom snippets & snippet packs | You'd lose access to snippets you wrote |
| Custom slash commands | You'd lose access to commands you built |
| Switches | You'd lose access to switches you configured |
| Snippet management | Creating, editing, and organizing snippets |
| Sidekick AI chat | Uses cloud infrastructure with ongoing cost |
| Cloud sync | Requires a full Pro account for secure sync |
| Team Space | Requires team account and subscription |
| Content packs | Requires cloud sync to install |
While your trial is active, you'll see a Pro Trial badge in the extension popup and manage page. The badge shows how many days remain. On the popup About tab, the Community vs Pro section also shows trial status and days remaining.

You'll also receive a reminder email a few days before expiry so there are no surprises.
When the 14 days are up:
The transition is designed to feel like a clear downgrade, not a breakage. You'll see a message explaining what changed and what you still have.

When you upgrade, you gain:
All your local settings carry over. No reinstallation needed.
Each email address can start one trial. If yours has ended and you want to keep using Pro features, upgrade to a Pro subscription.
We don't heavy-handedly police inbox aliases — we trust you not to use multiple addresses or plus-address tricks just to reset the clock. If something legitimate went wrong (activation, email delivery), email support@snutils.com and we'll help.
The confirmation code works across up to 5 browser profiles. Enter the same code in each browser where you want the trial active.
No. The trial is email-based — no account or password required. You only need an snutils.com account when you upgrade to Pro.
The demo snippets are only visible during the trial. After expiry, the Shift+Shift snippet popup returns to Community behavior. If you upgrade to Pro, you get the full snippet library with the ability to create your own.
Yes. Once activated, the trial works on all ServiceNow instances in that browser profile.
